Final deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. Elevate Social retains the right to reference completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Elevate Social is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
